Artists! We welcome you to apply for one of our many artist vendor booth spaces available at our 1st annual Jacksonville Arts & Music festival. Deadline to apply for your space is MAY 8, 2017.

As our event is being held in conjunction with the renowned 2017 Cheaha Challenge Gran Fondo & Ultra Ride cycling event, we anticipate a substantial festival attendance. In fact, the Cheaha Challenge cycling event this year won the bid to host the 2017 Union Cycliste International (UCI) Gran Fondo World Championship Qualifier for the United States! We will be welcoming cyclists and their families to the area for both the Cheaha Challenge and our 2017 JAMFEST!

You have the unique opportunity to display, share, and sell your work with Jacksonville community, as well as attendees from all over the world! Join us!

STEP ONE:

Please click on the VENDOR APPLICATION FORM button below to apply for your JAMFEST 2017 artist vendor booth space. This is a printable PDF application form to mail in. All information and details can be found within the downloadable PDF. Download and print out form, fill out requested information, mail in form with check and images (see form for instructions).

STEP TWO:

*** Please note: Along with your JAMFEST application, all vendors (or individuals) not already licensed with the City of Jacksonville will need to purchase a business license. The City of Jacksonville has a special event category in which $10.00 will cover up to $1,000 in sales, or $15.00 for up to $2,500, or $29.00 for over $2,500.00 for the event.

License payment may be submitted in person at the festival.

State sales taxes will be the responsibility of each individual vendor to pay to the Alabama Department of Revenue. Information about state sales tax can be found HERE.

Food & Drink Vendors! Please apply for a vendor booth space to sell food & drink products at our 1st annual Jacksonville Arts & Music festival. Deadline to apply for your space is March 31, 2017.

STEP ONE:

This is a printable PDF application form for you to mail in along with your application fee of $30.
